大倾角不稳定松散煤层综放面合理布置形式研究

摘要: “水平—圆弧—倾斜”切眼布置方式已在大倾角特厚煤层综放工作面取得了良好效果,但其适应性还有待进一步研究。文章基于长山子煤矿1125大倾角工作面不稳定松散煤层的赋存条件,综合分析了“水平—圆弧—倾斜”切眼布置方式的特点、切眼参数的选择和支架与刮板输送机对该种布置方式的适应性以及处于圆弧段上端点支架持续倾倒状况,阐述长山子煤矿大倾角不稳定松散煤层综放面不宜布置“水平—圆弧—倾斜”切眼的原因,提出该面应布置成直线形式并在现场实施,消除了圆弧段支架持续倾倒现象,得出长山子煤矿大倾角不稳定松散煤层工作面合理布置形式为直线布置。

Abstract: The “horizontal-arc-inclined” cut layout in the caving fully mechanized top coal face of steeply dipping and extra thick coal seam has achieved good effect. Basing on the existing condition of NO.1125 steeply dipping, unstable and incompact coal seam face in Changshanzi colliery. Comprehensive analyzing the characteristic of arc segment parameter, the adaptability of supports and conveyors, as well as the phenomenon that supports have inclined in the upper-arc. The measure that the cut layout before is transformed into the line layout have been implemented to eliminate the supports inclined accident and suitable layout relatively is line layout in the caving fully mechanized top coal face of steeply dipping and unstable incompact coal seam in Changshanzi colliery.
